Programmes Development Manager

Are you passionate about raising aspirations and empowering others? Have you the skills and experience to manage and develop our range of personal development programmes? Would you enjoy mentoring and supporting our team of Learning Disability Trainers?
We are looking for someone to provide one year maternity cover for our Programmes Development Manager, starting in October. You will have previous experience of managing others and working in a learning and development role or setting.
You would be overseeing our existing personal development work but there will be plenty of scope to explore and develop new opportunities, especially with our volunteering offer for people with learning disabilities.

Day Service Supervisor (Gateway Award)

Are you passionate about improving the skills of people with a learning disability? and leading a team to ensure people with a learning disability get the highest standards of support and an environment in which they are able to thrive.
We are looking for a Day Service Supervisor (Gateway award) to implement the gateway award to the people we support and deal with the day to day supervision of the staff team and people we support. This will include working with third parties to ensure activities are suitable, leading some sessions on topics such as domestic skills and cookery. All the activities will be coordinated by the gateway manager and delivered by you.
