Hi, I’m Esther. I’ve spent over 15 years working alongside people with learning disabilities, starting as a carer and working my way into senior leadership. My main purpose has always been to make a real difference in the lives of the people we support.
I’ve volunteered with several charities over the years, helping them stay true to their vision and goals. I’m passionate about using my experience in health and social care to help Wirral Mencap grow, champion diversity, and advocate for a more inclusive community where everyone is valued
